Paying by Credit Card
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.
The Billing Address will be verified with your credit card company so you must use the exact address that your statements are sent.
Should you require that the order be shipped to an alternate address we will require faxed authorization from you. This includes a signed copy of the invoice along with legible copies of your driver's license and the credit card that was used. This is done to protect both of us against fraudulent use.
Paying by Check
To make a payment using a business or personal check the order can be submitted by completing the special request form or by phone. All checks must be received no later than 14 business days prior to your event date. Once the funds are cleared in our bank, tickets will be shipped to you using an express service or will be available to be picked up from the venue's box office .
Paying by Cash
All tickets must be ordered in advance. After receiving the order confirmation via email or by phone, you can schedule an appointment to make payment by cash. Cash can be accepted only in person at our office.
